We take a collaborative, wraparound approach to care, offering a full range of services through social workers, social service workers, psychotherapists, child and youth workers, psychologists, and a nurse practitioner. Together, we provide holistic support to enhance your overall well-being.
Our Team is Non – Insured Health Benefits Program (NHIB) Approved
If you are a First Nations or Inuit individual with status, you may be eligible for coverage under the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program for counselling services. This benefit supports your mental and emotional well-being by providing access to professional counselling at no cost to you.
Our Team is approved for Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI)
If you or someone you know has been involved in an auto accident, we are approved by Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI). This means we can submit health claims directly to your auto insurance provider, helping to make the process faster and more efficient. We’ll take care of the paperwork and billing, so you can focus on your recovery with less stress.

Fees
At Sheila Tallon & Associates, our services are often covered by extended health benefit plans that include coverage for Psychotherapists, Social Workers, Social Service Workers, Nurse Practitioners, and Psychologists. Please consult your benefits provider for specific details.
Please note: Referrals to consulting psychologists and nurse practitioners are available as needed, and service rates will be discussed directly with the consultant. These fees are not covered by Sheila Tallon & Associates.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice must be given for canceled or rescheduled sessions; otherwise, you may be charged 50% the cost of the session.
Insurance
Services provided are not currently covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Extended health or employee benefit plans may offer coverage.
