R.A.G.E: Redefining Anger, Grief, and Emotions

 

R.A.G.E. (Redefining Anger, Grief, and Emotions) is a psychoeducational program designed to help individuals better understand and regulate their emotions. Through a 10-session module, participants explore how anger often stems from unresolved feelings and past experiences. The program emphasizes emotional awareness and provides effective tools for expressing emotions, frustrations, and worries in healthy, constructive ways.

 

R.A.G.E. offers both one-on-one and group sessions, available in English and French, with specialized versions tailored to different age groups: youth (9–12), teens (13–17), and adults (18+). This program aims to foster emotional growth and resilience, empowering individuals to transform their emotional challenges into opportunities for personal development.
