With over 20 years of experience, Alex has supported individuals and their families in navigating addiction and mental health challenges across both community and hospital settings. Through compassion and a client-centered approach, she has helped adults, youth, and families work toward positive change and empowerment.

A Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) since 2015, Alex brings extensive knowledge and clinical expertise to her work.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, she is currently completing a Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Windsor. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a certificate in Addiction Counselling from Durham College.
