Michel Lefebvre

Michel Lefebvre is a dedicated bilingual Social Service Worker and an active member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). He is passionate about helping individuals and families find strength and resilience as they navigate life’s challenges, particularly those involving developmental disabilities and family dynamics. Michel has extensive experience working with youth, adults, and families in various community settings. He focuses on helping people build essential life skills, manage behaviours, and connect with support systems that improve their day-to-day lives. Michel believes that support is most effective when it is empathetic and collaborative, and he strives to ensure that everyone he works with feels truly understood.

 

With certifications in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Truth and Reconciliation, Michel is committed to fostering environments that are inclusive and supportive for all individuals, including LGBTQ+ communities. He is a strong ally, always working to ensure that his clients feel safe, respected, and welcome. Above all, Michel believes that everyone deserves a space where they can explore their own strengths without fear of judgment. He is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through their personal journeys with compassion, practical support, and a focus on enhancing their overall quality of life.
